Shipping

All orders are shipped from Philadelphia, PA. 

While orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days, orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.

Shipping Options

All orders are shipped through USPS or UPS and we provide two shipping options for both domestic and international orders.

Domestic shipping rates

Domestic shipping - Free

Express shipping - $25.00

International shipping rates

Standard international shipping - $50.00

Express international shipping - $80.00

Returns

Returns must be authorized by The Supermarket Co. 

If you would like to return an item from your order, please email sales@thesupermarket.online to begin a return authorization with “Order #XXX - Return” in the subject line. Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order and items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, free of damage, with tags attached and in its original packaging to be eligible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Sale items, limited release products, and custom pieces (such as special orders or personalized items) are final and we cannot accept returns on these products.

Please ship the return within 15 days of receipt of the label. Depending on your financial institution, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International Orders

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your local country's import duties at time of delivery. Placing an order to an international destination serves as confirmation that you understand your responsibility to pay these fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these fees at time of purchase.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order & made-to-order items will ship once stock becomes available. The estimated delivery date will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped. Pre-order shipping dates are subject to delays.

Pre-Orders / Made-To-Order products are not eligible for cancellation or refunds.

Exchanges

Orders can be exchanged within 15 days of the order being placed. In certain situations, we may be able to exchange damaged or mislabeled items for the proper item or size for free within 15 days of the order being placed. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Otherwise, exchanges must be authorized by The Supermarket Co. If you would like to exchange an item from your order, please email sales@thesupermarket.online to begin an exchange authorization with “Order #XXX - Exchange” in the subject line. Exchanges must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order and items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, free of damage, with tags attached and in its original packaging to be eligible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: We are unable to provide exchanges for international orders. For international exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return and place a replacement order. You can contact sales@thesupermarket.online to initiate your return.
